Explanation of TEAMS: 4 people per Team Designate a captain for your team who will be responsible for communicating information Select a team or we can choose one for you Your weekly training session doesn’t need to be with your team. Teams are only designed for combined weight loss percentage and to participate together at the Fitness Challenge on Feb 30thth @ 6pm @ Fit 4 life Results based on percentage of weight lost   PRIZES!! Individual Winner: 4 month Membership
Participants on the Winning Team: 30-day Membership
Choose 1 time slot: 
Tuesdays @ 5am Wednesdays @ 4:30pm Wednesdays @ 6:30pm Thursdays @ 7pm Saturdays 7am   1 Workout / Week with a Trainer and other participants Weekly Workout Plan Provided from your trainer for you to do with your teammates or individually throughout the week Weekly Weigh-Ins start your first week of training FREE Session for all participants on Mondays at 6:30pm Participants will receive a challenge shirt You DO NOT have to work out with your team   Registration: Early Bird Registration by December 10th by 7pm: $100/ individual or $350 per team of 4 (made in one payment) Registration Deadline 17th by 7pm: $120 individual or $500 per team of 4 (made in one payment)
