A year of progress, I feel great, I have so much energy and I know what I’m doing is healthy. It’s not a quick fix to lose weight, it’s a healthy lifestyle. I eat 5-6 times a day and I’ve learned how to take care of myself and make healthy choices. This month I’ve added workouts, I have more goals to reach. The most important thing, I’m showing my daughter how to be healthy and make good choices and not just jumping on the next fad/yo-yo diet. I’ve learned what we are taught is healthy may not be as healthy as we think and have the knowledge to know what is good for me.
